Please note how toners orders and service orders (Broken Copiers) for the Copy Pro copier machines should be placed with the PHS Operations dept.
Three things should always be done.
1. The order should always be placed within the Support Request Portal
2. The Copier ID which is located on a sticker attached to the machine should be referenced in the request. Ex.. FC376
3. `The TotalCounter number which can be found by pressing the user tools/counter button on the machine then selecting counter.
Please Be Aware: WE are unable to order anything from CopyPro that does not have the, Copier ID & Counter Number.
